User Account

Creating an account with AIMaxDev grants access to our development and integration tools while imposing responsibilities on maintaining account security.

Users agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and keep this information updated.

Account holders must safeguard authentication credentials and notify AIMaxDev promptly of any unauthorized access.

Accounts are non-transferable and intended solely for the registered user’s use.

Users must report any suspected account breaches immediately to minimize risks and to allow prompt remedial actions.

AIMaxDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of terms or suspicious activities.

Service Provision

AIMaxDev delivers AI software development and integration services designed to support user goals within defined parameters and technical constraints.

We may update or modify services to enhance performance or comply with regulations with prior notice where practicable.

While AIMaxDev strives to maintain service availability, interruptions for maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur without prior notice.

User Conduct Rules

Users agree to adhere to the following conduct standards when using AIMaxDev services.

• Use services only for lawful, authorized purposes related to AI software development.
• Refrain from actions that could damage, impair, or overburden service infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to access unauthorized data or systems.
• Respect intellectual property rights of AIMaxDev and third parties.
• Avoid transmitting harmful or malicious content through our services.
• Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
• Report any security vulnerabilities or misuse encountered.

User Content

Content uploaded or created by users through AIMaxDev services remains the user’s property under this agreement.

Users retain ownership of their intellectual property but grant AIMaxDev a license to use content as necessary to provide services.

This license enables AIMaxDev to process, host, and display user content strictly as required for service delivery.

Users are solely responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and integrity of any submitted content.

AIMaxDev may remove user content that violates terms or applicable law upon notification or as part of legal compliance.

Intellectual Property Rights

All activity, service marks, and proprietary technology associated with AIMaxDev are owned exclusively by the company or its licensors.

• Users may not reproduce or redistribute AIMaxDev intellectual property without express permission.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling software provided by AIMaxDev is prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of AIMaxDev branding or materials is not permitted.

Paid Service Terms

Certain AI software development and integration services offered by AIMaxDev are subject to fees as outlined in individual service agreements.

Pricing details are provided upfront, reflecting current rates and billing cycles for subscription or one-time services.

Payments must be made by accepted methods within specified timeframes to ensure uninterrupted service access.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with cancellation policies.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and generally require justified reasons aligned with our refund policy.

Users may cancel services at any time, subject to terms regarding notice periods and billing cycles.

Applicable taxes will be added to charges where legally required and users bear responsibility for their payment.

AIMaxDev reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notification to users where practicable.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access until the account is brought current.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AIMaxDev provides services on an 'as is' basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

AIMaxDev’s liability for damages arising from use of services is limited to the amounts paid by the user for the affected services.

Third-Party Services

Services may incorporate features or content from third parties. AIMaxDev is not responsible for these external parties’ practices or reliability.

Termination of Services

Both users and AIMaxDev may terminate service agreements subject to compliance with the terms specified herein.

Upon termination, user access will be revoked and data may be deleted or archived per retention policies.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data and can be accessed on AIMaxDev’s website for users’ review.

Communications

By using AIMaxDev services, users consent to receiving important communications electronically, including service updates and notices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
